On September 3rd, Joshua Justice from Southern Solutions traveled to New York City to present our new hosted Contact Us App for ConnectKey devices at a Xerox Channel Partner’s event. This event was a presentation to industry analysts on new programs Xerox is doing with their channel partners and on new technologies. Southern Solutions was among the first partners to attend the Xerox Personalized Application Builder Workshop earlier this year. Since then, we have worked on building our hosted app solution and received great ongoing support from Xerox engineers. The Contact Us App enhances communication with our customers and simplifies the service & supplies process. Our Contact Us App has been very well received by customers in Southern Maryland and was also well received by the industry leaders.
