The Contact Us App provides the easiest way for customers to request service right on their Xerox ConnectKey multifunction copier. By clicking on the Contact Us App, Request Service and Submit, a service call is placed with their service partner. This simple and more enjoyable process also provides faster resolution to service requests as the service partner is sent all the needed information from the device including fault codes. Since this data is sent in real-time, the customer will not need to communicate back and forth with the help desk analyst trying to explain their issue.
We have received great feedback from our customers in Southern Maryland who have the Contact Us App installed and most primarily use it for communicating service requests.
