Growth in Recurring Services

Southern Solutions 3rd Quarter Results highlight our growth in Recurring Services Revenue & gaining new customers.   Southern Solutions provides transactional services (one-time) and recurring services (contracted ongoing).  Overall, Services Revenue increased 109% in Q3 compared to the same quarter last year.   Year to date Services Revenue has represented 49% of our total revenue.   As we focus more on services, we expect this to exceed 50% by the end of the year.

Most of the growth in our Services Revenue can be attributed to our Recurring Services.   Recurring Services include our Equipment Maintenance Services & Managed Network/IT Services.    With our Equipment Maintenance Services, we provide supplies and technical service support for copiers & printers from multiple manufactures (including Xerox, HP, Lexmark, Brother & Dell).  With our Managed Network/IT Services, we provide a variety of IT solutions tailored to meet customers’ needs.

For the 3rd Quarter, Recurring Services Revenue has increased 170% from the same quarter last year.  Equipment Maintenance Services Recurring Revenue has increased 334% and Managed Network/IT Services Recurring Revenue has increased 38% Year Over Year.

Southern Solutions had much success with gaining new customers in the Third Quarter with new customers up 500% from Q3 2012.  We attribute this to our powerful new products, tailored offerings and our increase in referrals from existing customers.
