Introducing New Print & IT Consultant

JustTech has just added a brand new position in our company, the Print & IT Consultant.  The Print & IT Consultant will work with our Solutions Specialists on tailoring the perfect managed print and managed IT solutions for our clients’ needs.  The Print & IT Consultant will also work with our Solution Specialists in account reviews with our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Today, we are announcing that our current Network Analyst, Jerry Smith will assume the new role of Print & IT Consultant.  Jerry has been a vital member of our team for the last several years and is always willing to do more for our clients.  Jerry’s background and knowledge of IT solutions will be very beneficial in his new role.  Jerry understands the value that our print and IT solutions bring to our clients and is excited to promote that for the company.  Congratulations on this new position Jerry!

With both our managed print and managed IT solutions, we perform initial and ongoing assessments in our clients’ environments as we know needs can change over time.  We put together the most cost effective solutions that reduce steps, save time, increase efficiencies and improve workflows.

With our Managed Print Solutions, we are currently managing 4.2 million prints in the Mid-Atlantic region made on thousands of printing devices every month.  JustTech provides automatic supply replenishment (including toner) and onsite technical service when needed.  Our managed print solution is a more affordable and efficient process that increases printer up-time.

With our Managed Network & IT Solutions, we provide a variety of IT solutions to more than 70 small businesses, non-profits and religious organizations.  Solutions include network management, proactive workstation management, anti-virus, email security, DNS protection, Office 365 solutions, offsite back-up and many more.  Our IT solutions are scalelable, increase network security and provide more efficiencies for the workplace.
