Scanning Options Available on Xerox MFPs

With Xerox multifunction devices, there are several, beneficial ways to scan documents, including:

Scan to Email – Scan directly to an email address in a variety of formats, including PDF, TIFF and JPEG.  Scan to Email uses LDAP and can integrate with your server’s global address book.  In addition, email addresses may be saved at the device with favorites being designated.  JustTech’s Email Connect App simplifies the set-up of Scan to Email on Xerox multifunction printers by allowing users to enter a username, password & select their email provider on the device and have the set-up completed.

Network Scan – Scan over the network to a specific workstation in a variety of formats, including PDF, TIFF and JPEG.

Scan to Folder – Scan directly to a folder on the server on a folder on your workstation in a variety of formats, including PDF, TIFF and JPEG.

Scan to Cloud Programs – Scan to many popular cloud programs including DropBox, Office365 and SharePoint.

Scan to USB Thumb Drive – Scan directly to a USB Thumb Drive from the device in PDF format.

Single Touch Scanning – Set predesignated workflows for easy, simple scanning of similar documents.

Capture Point App – Documents are transferred to editable format with Word or Excel to preferred destinations including email and cloud based programs.

Easy Translator AppScan and translates text documents at the multifunction printer into more than 40 languages.

Healthcare MFP AppScan and transmits paper electronically right from the device via secure direct message.
