Southern Solutions is actively seeking an ambitious software developer with excellent communication & organizational skills for an entry level Software Developer position. This individual would join our team and would develop software and provide support to Southern Solutions’ end-users.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug software
- Consider code integrity and maintain versioning standards within each rollout
- Engage and collaborate with team members
- Analyze, solve problems and work with development team to identify and resolve the root cause of specific issues
- Support new and existing application contracts to end-users
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Django, Python, SQL, HTML5, jQuery
- Strong knowledge of the HTTP protocol and Web concepts and technologies
- Knowledge of object oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle a fast paced work environment
- Must possess strong organization skills
