Just∙Tech is actively seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for an entry level Technical Analyst position for the Huntington, West Virginia, Kentucky & Ohio Tri-State area. This individual would join our team, receive training and development to provide technical support for Xerox multifunction printers to Just∙Tech s’ customers.
JustTech is a technology company based in La Plata MD with print & IT services offered in 5 states. Currently at over 3,000 clients, we manage thousands of multifunction copiers & printers making over 10 million copies/prints each month. Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skill both oral and written
- Mechanically and technically inclined
- Desire and ability to learn copier/printer set-up, maintenance, and repair
- Driver’s license and the ability to be insured
- Ability to deliver presentations to small groups
- Excellent time management skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage their own schedule and adhere to schedules.
- Must possess the ability and determination to complete tasks.
Position Desirables:
- Understanding of commonly used office software applications and
- Basic networking principles.
- Windows Desktop and MAC OS.
- Onsite and/or remote troubleshooting.
- Understanding of computing and networking protocols and standards.
- Excellent time management skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
