Welcome New Help Desk Analyst

Southern Solutions would like to announce the addition of Joey Sandy to our team as our Help Desk Analyst.  Joey has been at SiriusXM Satellite Radio for the last 7 years and has extensive experience in help desk management and tracking resolutions to tickets.  He will be a beneficial member of our team in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Southern Solutions is a technology company based in Southern Maryland, specializing in providing copiers & printers, managed network services, IT support, custom apps and print management solutions to our customers.  We cover Charles, Calvert, St. Mary’s and Southern Prince George’s Counties.  Through our partnership with Xerox, we directly manage nearly 1,000 printing units in Southern Maryland.   We are currently managing over 35 networks in Southern Maryland and providing IT Support to many more.   Through our Print Management Solution, we directly fulfill the toner and supplies for over 1.5 million pages produced every month in Southern Maryland.

    Welcome Joey,
    Though the systems we have here are quite modest and simple, we’ve had wonderful service from the techs and our sales rep Ed Warren. We’ve had great service and the Xerox machine we use has performed most adequately for our needs. Looking forward to speaking to you if ever the need arises.
