For the first time in Southern Solutions’ history, our combined services revenue will exceed our equipment revenue and our services revenue will represent 53% of the company’s total in 2013. In 2007, our company’s second year, new Xerox equipment installation services was our only source of services revenue and services revenue comprised 10% of our total revenue. Our services revenue begin to rapidly grow 3 years ago when we launched our Managed Network Services and Print Management Solutions. These recurring services have strengthened and transformed our company and allowed us to provide even better service to our customers.
Of all our achievements and milestones in 2013, our combined services revenue growing to represent more than half our total revenue is the most significant accomplishment. We could not have reached this point without our talented and dedicated staff, innovative solutions and reliable customers.
With the growth of our services revenue, we are excited to see where 2014 will take us!
