The Contact Us App for Xerox ConnectKey multifunction copiers provides a simple and more enjoyable way to request service, request supplies, return & recycle supplies and provide feedback right on the User Interface. The Contact Us App improves the customer experience with a process that was thought to be tried and true. We find that most customers do not want to use the phone anymore and less want to use email. Version 2 of our Contact Us App will be released soon with even more features that will further improve the customer experience.
