When Lightning Strikes

During the weekend of September 6th, a lightning storm came through Southern Maryland.  Several days later we received the below feedback from one of our customers whose network we manage.  

I have been at it over 24 hours trying to get my business internet restored after this weekend’s storms. I could not get anyone from my service provider to come out quicker than 28 hours! Once they arrived I realized I would have some internal issues as well so I called Southern Solutions. They arrived within two hours and had me up and running within an hour. That is customer service! The big boys could learn a lesson or two from Josh and his gang. Thank you Southern Solutions!
