If you have 5 to 30 used Xerox Genuine Supply items to return, then Eco Boxes are a great option. We ship them free to your door in kits containing 3 Eco Boxes each. An Eco Box can hold approximately 5 to 12 used items depending on their size.
Step 1: Order Boxes
To order a free kit of 3 Eco Boxes, click here then click “order boxes” to the right and add the kit to your shopping cart. Provide your shipping information and submit your order. Please note, Eco Boxes cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to provide a valid shipping address to avoid cancellation of your order. See the FAQs to learn how to track your Eco Box Order.
Step 2: Print Labels
Once you’ve packed the Eco Boxes with your used supplies items, it is time to print shipping labels.
Step 3: Ship
Affix the shipping labels to the Eco Boxes and choose one of the three pick-up options below.
- Hand the return to the UPS driver when they deliver your next supplies order.
- Returns can be dropped off at any UPS location or UPS Store
- A pick up can be scheduled by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) or online at www.ups.com. Indicate to UPS that this is a “Pre-paid return shipment.”
