For the 2nd consecutive year, Michael Eaton from Southern Solutions attended Xerox’s Personalized Application Builder (PAB) workshop last week in Rochester, NY. We are very honored and thankful to be able to once again attend. During the workshop, Michael increased his knowledge in scanning and printing processes and will be able to use this to develop workflow solution apps for Xerox multifunction copiers.
We strongly feel that adding unique apps to MFPs is the next logical step in technology just like it was to add apps to mobile phones. Since attending the Xerox PAB workshop last year, we released versions 1 and 1.5 of our Contact Us App that allows customers to request service, request supplies, return supplies and provide feedback from the Xerox ConnectKey User Interface. Partners can communicate with their customers via the Contact Us App by sharing messages and posting pictures. We also released our Firmware Management solution that provides automatic firmware and software updates for many Xerox models.
Version 2 of our Contact Us App is currently in development. We also have 3 other apps in active development.
