Visit to New York Stock Exchange – At the beginning of 2017, as Xerox split into 2 companies (Xerox, focusing on technology & managed print services and Conduent, focusing on business process outsourcing), Joshua Justice, president of Just·Tech was invited to come to the New York Stock Exchange and stand on the floor as Xerox rang the bell. https://justtech.com/best-2017-visit-nyse/
App Developer of the Year – In February of 2017 at the Xerox Partner’s Conference, Just·Tech was named App Developer of the Year. Just·Tech creates apps for Xerox multifunction copiers and printers that improve workflows and increase efficiencies. Xerox’s Massive Product Launch – On March 29th, Xerox had their largest product launch ever, unveiling 29 new multifunction printers! We have been so excited to bring this new technology to our customers and our customers have been very interested in the innovative mobile and cloud features. Peake Office Solutions Acquisition – In April, Just·Tech made its first acquisition ever with acquiring Peake Office Solutions! This expanded Just·Tech’s reach into West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky including the cities of Charleston, Huntington, Ashland, Gallipolis and Portsmouth. Apple Valley Office Products Acquisition – In October, Just·Tech acquired Apple Valley Office Products with offices in Winchester, VA and Staunton, VA. This expanded Just·Tech’s reach into the Shenandoah Valley region including the cities in West Virginia of: Martinsburg, Charles Town, Keyser & Harper’s Ferry and including the cities in Virginia of: Winchester, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Roanoke City. https://justtech.com/best-2017-apple-valley-acquisition/
Relaunch of Popular Apps – Just·Tech has created apps over the last several of years for the Xerox ConnectKey platform that have been very popular and this year relaunched their apps for the new Xerox AltaLink and VersaLink platforms! With the Support Connect App, users can request service, request supplies and provide feedback right from the device user interface! There are more than 6,000 of these apps installed. The Firmware Connect App provides automatic firmware updates once they are approved by Just·Tech. This solution is unique in the industry and will increase efficiencies, decrease service calls, increase security on customers’ networks and improve the customer experience! Growth in Managed Print – Just·Tech’s Print Solutions’ revenue grew 47% in 2017! In our 7th year of providing this service for copiers & printers, it continues to grow at a high rate! Customers have embraced our managed print solutions because it is a more efficient process of ordering toner & other supplies and it saves them money! Growth in Managed IT – In 2017, Just·Tech’s Managed Network Solutions’ revenue grew 67%. Just as with our Print Solutions, we continue to see big growth year over year since starting this service 7 years ago! Customers have embraced our managed IT solution because of the benefits of proactive management, responsive support and increased security. We provide full IT management at a fraction of the cost of a full time IT professional. CRN Next-Gen 250 List – In 2017, Just·Tech was recognized on the 2017 CRN Next-Gen 250 List! This was huge recognition for Just·Tech who has grown to a services led company focusing on Xerox multifunction printers, managed print services, managed IT services and custom application development providing their customers with greater efficiency and improved workflows.
