I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the help and continuing customer service I have received from Kyle McPheters in the purchase, set up, and follow up care of my Xerox VersaLink C405 copier (printer, fax, scanner). Kyle dropped in one day and noticed that I had an older Xerox machine that I was not completely happy with. It had some features that I did not know how to access. He told me about the C405 and answered all of my questions. After the purchase, he made sure to not only call me, but he also stopped by my office to make sure I knew how to fully utilize my new machine and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with it. I have never had that kind of “after-the-sale” care from anyone before; whether it was a car, furniture, appliances, office machines, etc. It will be because of him that I would consider future business with Just Tech.

In my many years of dealing with office machines and support staff, I must say that JustTech has surpassed our expectations. Our company purchased a Xerox WorkCentre 6515 in July, 2018. First, our printing costs have been reduced by at least 75%, and secondly, the clarity and efficiency of this machine is outstanding. I just wanted to touch base and throw some praise towards Michael.  I came in Monday morning at 7am, opened our main network folder to get started and it said “Folder is Empty.” After a slight panic attack I thought to myself, maybe Michael got the docs uploaded to the cloud early? It’s the only answer I could think for seeing an empty folder. I connected with Michael that morning and he logged in while at another location and determined we had two hard drives that failed. Yowzas! Boy, that was just about as bad as it gets. Michael quickly got on it, trying to restore a previous back-up (luckily it was over the weekend while no one was in there) and ordering new drives. He stayed on it getting our main folder moved to another partition on the server so we could work while the drives came in. We started gaining access back to the files we need to do our jobs each day. He just recently finished installing the new drives here just a little while ago and we could not be more thankful.

Michael was extremely courteous the entire time, even though I know we had him under some pressure. He even quickly responded to all e-mails even though I know he was swamped with everything else. All in all, Michael was exactly the level of service I’ve come to expect from JustTech and we are extremely pleased with his support. This experience re-affirmed our decision to go with JustTech for our IT support and I will recommend your services any opportunity. JustTech has helped us upgrade our dispatch center from one console to two consoles with 6 wide screens. This system dispatches our ambulances, vans and sedans. It also displays real time vehicle tracking, sends orders and other information directly to our vehicles, displays weather maps, regional hospital status, and area traffic cameras. Additionally, it interfaces with other company sites allowing us to retrieve and schedule trips requested by them. At the same time, a robust server and network upgrades occurred to allow us to interface with our phone system while providing uninterrupted network throughput for all functions. Did I mention they also helped reduce our printing expense by installing a network printer, scanner and fax which integrates many functions into one and eliminated several pieces of redundant equipment? We’d highly recommend these guys for their ability to focus on support without trying to sell unnecessary equipment and services that aren’t needed.
