The Foundation for the Tri-State moved its IT service to Just Tech just over a year ago, and I wanted to send a message to let you all know how well it has gone. After a horrendous experience with our last company, we have been so pleased with the customer service we have received. We know Sean understands our office setup and anytime we have a question or tech issue, we trust he will resolve it for us quickly . In fact, he usually alerts us of problems before we’ve even noticed there’s an issue! He has completely taken charge of our tech needs, and we can trust him completely. This is what we’ve looked for the entire time I’ve been with the Foundation (7.5 years) and thought our standards were just too high to be satisfied!
Now we can do our jobs without worrying about whether our data is backed up and secure. We know that issues will be resolved quickly with minimal downtime. We know we are a small customer with few tech needs, and in the past that has earned us “bottom of the totem pole” status with other service providers.
