Your Technology Partner in VA Shenandoah Valley, Eastern Panhandle of WV and Western MD

I want to personally say Ovi was a true professional. His knowledge of the Xerox systems and interface with other entities like Microsoft were key in solving our issues. Ovi took time to personally install the updates/drivers to our office computers and was patient in his explanations to our staff and very informative in communicating with Justin, our IT manager.

The crew is doing a great job. Showed up on time and are super pleasant and cooperative. A fair price for a job well done.

Raymond Roberts, The Bowen Group (Chantilly, VA)

Your technician Ovido Nino Deguzman did an excellent job today! He really helped us get back on track with everything. Please thank him again for me. Have a nice day.

I have been using JustTech for years. A year ago, I changed careers and when my new place needed a new copier, I quickly thought of JustTech. We now have replaced all three of our copiers with JustTech. They give fair pricing and outstanding customer service all around. I highly recommend JustTech regardless the size of your business.

Mark Pennington, Citizens Assisting and Sheltering the Abused (Hagerstown, Maryland)

It is my pleasure to recommend the business services of Just-Tech. During the past years, our team has worked directly with Eric Chrisman, Solutions Specialist at JustTech on numerous contracts for business necessities.
The company offers top-notch quality, services and rates. Across the board, we are always pleased with their work. One project illustrates their attention to detail and concern for quality. We now have a Xerox WorkCentre 7845 that is efficient and meets the demands of administrative and accounting staff. Just-Tech has accommodated the business needs of other Greenway office locations in the past year.
We received more than double the return from the previous year’s using a different company. We believe that their creativity, knowledge and customer service led to that success. Please consider JustTech for your corporate machine and service needs. I recommend them and look forward to working with them again. Please contact us at 540-662-4185 if you require further information.

We have appreciated the prompt and friendly service of Just Tech. If ever a situation arises, they are within a phone call or email away, and the problem is solved within a day if not same day. It is a comfort to know you have a service you can depend on. It is a blessing to have a service that is a friend.
Office Manager, Abundant Life Church (Stephens City, VA)

I wanted to send a brief note to thank you for taking the time to tell us about the updates on our C8045 Xerox machine. The service that you, Archie, Gary and Roger provide to Sacred Heart of Jesus is very valuable to us. We appreciate your responsiveness to our needs. This letter is to commend Paul Wolfe, Solutions Specialist with JustTech out of Winchester, Virginia, as you consider him to handle your company’s needs for a copy machine or facsimile solutions. Mr. Wolfe is a customer service representative par excellence. He has performed superbly in every aspect in his position with JustTech as our Xerox copier representative since 2019. The last three (3) years have provided opportunity for me to see Mr. Wolfe is intelligent, hard-working and always dependable. He possesses extensive knowledge and familiarity with the copier industry and has also helped our office transition to electronic facsimile, thereby saving a lot of paper, as we now choose if a fax needs printing or not.
In closing, I simply say that I am most confident that Mr. Wolfe and his other colleagues at JustTech will serve the community and businesses well in any capacity to which they are contracted. I highly recommend JustTech.
