JustTech is actively seeking a motivated professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for an Operations Assistant – Supplies Fulfillment. This individual would join our team in Fredericksburg VA and provide support with our print supplies fulfillment. Duties include – tracking customer supply levels, filling orders from in house stock or ordering from a distributor, escalating exception requests, adding customers to our print supply system and verifying supply requirements, maintaining and updating customer supply database, inputting information into the financial system, generating purchase orders, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Ability to use Microsoft Exchange, Excel and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a wide variety of assignments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Knowledge of online ordering and automated ordering a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Must possess strong organization skills
- Positive attitude
