This individual will play an important role in supporting JustTech’s clients by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing copiers, multifunction printers, and related office technology.

Copier/Printer Repair Specialist – Position Responsibilities

As a Copier/Printer Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional technical service and support to JustTech clients throughout the greater Fredericksburg region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction printing equipment.
  • Provide timely and professional onsite technical support to customers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and print-quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot network-connected printers and multifunction devices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service issues, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records.
  • Manage daily service schedules efficiently while responding to customer needs.
  • Represent JustTech professionally and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated copier and printer repair experience, with Xerox technical experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
  • Experience performing onsite and/or remote technical troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and printer connectivity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to independently manage daily schedules and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
