Southern Solutions’ Contact Us App provides a simplified way for partners to communicate with their customers through the Xerox ConnectKey user interface. Customers can request service, request supplies, request Xerox Eco boxes to recycle supplies and provide feedback right on the Xerox device. Partners can communicate with their customers by displaying messages, rotating pictures or their having their Twitter feed on the user interface. Since the app is hosted, new content can be added anytime.
