Southern Solutions has developed a Contact Us App for Xerox multifunction copiers to enhance communication with customers and to simplify the service & supplies process for both the customer and the partner.  This new innovative app works on Xerox ConnectKey devices.   We launched the app on a trial basis some time ago and the feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.   Now we are rolling the app out to all of our customers.  Check out the video below for a quick overview.  This video will be viewed best by clicking the icon in the bottom right hand corner to make the video full screen.

With our Contact Us App, security should not be a concern since no data is transmitted from the device unless the user presses the submit button.   In addition, we have used SSL encryption in the communication between our hosted app and our server.  
This is Version 1 of our Contact Us App and we are already working on Version 2.   We feel all of our customers will find this new technology useful and enjoy the simplified process of requesting service, ordering supplies and returning & recycling supply items.  The simplicity of performing these tasks will also be seen favorably by new prospects.
