On August 5th, JustTech supported the Shenandoah and Lake Frederick Home Owners Associations’ National Night Out. This is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. The Shenandoah Home Owners Association has been a long time client of JustTech’s. We appreciate their business and enjoy supporting their event.

Shenandoah Home Owners Association is located in Front Royal, Virginia and supports their neighbor community. Their common grounds are meticulously maintained year round, including a very large pond, community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playgrounds.  This is an active community and you frequently see people walking, running, biking, and skating around the mile long main drive.  This community is complete with longstanding work and leisure groups.  Shenandoah is a superbly functioning and supportive community where neighbors are friends.

Lake Frederick Home Owners Association is located in Lake Frederick, Virginia. Lake Frederick is a planned community centered around a 117 acre public lake situated between Front Royal VA and Winchester VA in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Lake Frederick is separated into two sections. One section is a planned community called Trilogy by Shea Homes, an active lifestyle 55+ community that includes a 36,000 square foot luxurious lodge that includes restaurants, amphitheater, outdoor living and planned activities, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and more.
