On June 8th, JustTech supported the United Way of the River Cities’ River Cities Cornhole Classic. The annual cornhole tournament is their largest fundraising event of the year. The tournament features a bracket-style competition, with 64 teams competing against each other in a double-elimination format. The event also includes a championship trophy for the winning team.

United Way of the River Cities fights for health, education and financial stability for every person in our community. They focus on these critical issues in six counties across West Virginia and Ohio. They also support safety-net (basic needs) services to ensure individuals and families have access to the foundations of living.

The United Way of the River Cities fights by forging partnerships, by mobilizing both human and financial resources, and by inspiring people to join them to create solutions to our community’s most pressing problems. United Way provides funding to agency programs and works collaboratively with organizations and individuals.

United Way of the River Cities serves communities such as Huntington and Point Pleasant, West Virginia, and Ironton, Ohio:

  • Cabell County, WV
  • Lincoln County, WV
  • Mason County, WV
  • Wayne County, WV
  • Gallia County, OH
  • Lawrence County, OH
