As you may know Southern Solutions provides Xerox multifunction copiers and printers. We provide service and support for these devices as well as for HP, Brother, Lexmark and Dell printers through our Print Solutions. With this managed print services program, we are currently managing over 1.7 million copies/prints made in Southern Maryland every month on hundreds of devices at many accounts. Southern Solutions also provides Network Solutions and IT support. With all of our solutions, our goal is to create affordable offerings that increase office efficiency.
We have grown since we began providing additional network & IT solutions 5 years ago. Through our Managed Network Services, we are currently managing many customers’ networks in Southern Maryland. We continue to add additional Network Analysts to handle this growing portion of our business. We specialize in monitoring & proactive support services and provide remote & onsite IT support for servers, computers and other network related issues. The outcome of a break/fix IT support strategy (call as you need support) is that you will break. The goal of our Managed Network Services is for you to always be up and running. In total, Southern Solutions provides monthly network & IT solutions to 40 small businesses, non-profits and organizations in Southern Maryland.
Southern Solutions began offering network & IT solutions because we saw a need for responsive, customer service focused network support for companies in Southern Maryland. Adding network services to our portfolio of offerings seemed like a natural fit for our business.
