The Proficio PX300 is part of Xerox’s new Proficio Production Series, developed to help print providers improve efficiency, expand their capabilities, and produce high-impact applications. Xerox introduced the Proficio platform as its next generation of production printing technology, bringing together advanced imaging, automation, workflow technology, and Beyond CMYK capabilities.

Big Production Capabilities in a Flexible Footprint

Designed for print shops, in-plant print centers, franchises, marketing departments, and other agile production environments, the Xerox Proficio PX300 delivers professional production capabilities while remaining flexible enough to handle a wide variety of applications.

The PX300 delivers speeds of up to 85 pages per minute, and all supported stocks can run at the rated speed. It handles media weights up to 400 gsm and supports automatic duplex printing on stocks up to 350 gsm, providing the versatility needed for everything from everyday documents to premium marketing materials.

Exceptional Image Quality

The Xerox Proficio PX300 combines advanced LED imaging with 2400 x 2400 dpi print resolution to produce sharp text, fine details, smooth gradients, and vibrant color. Ultra HD technology and Xerox’s High Definition Emulsion Aggregate toner help create the refined, professional output expected in demanding production environments.

The PX300 can handle an impressive variety of media, including coated and uncoated stocks, envelopes, labels, business cards, glossy brochures, synthetics, greeting cards, tabs, embossed stocks, and other specialty applications. It also supports extra-long sheets up to approximately 13 x 51.2 inches, opening additional possibilities for banners and other oversized applications.

Go Beyond CMYK

One of the most exciting capabilities available with the Xerox Proficio PX300 is an optional fifth color station.

This technology allows organizations to go Beyond CMYK and create eye-catching specialty applications using options such as Fluorescent Pink, Clear, and Low Gloss Clear. These enhancements can help print providers differentiate their work, add value to printed pieces, and pursue new revenue opportunities.

Powerful Fiery Workflow Technology

The Xerox Proficio PX300 is available with Fiery-powered print server technology, helping operators streamline production, manage color, and efficiently prepare demanding print jobs. Combined with Xerox automation and image-quality adjustment tools, the PX300 is designed to make professional production printing easier and more consistent.

A wide range of feeding and finishing configurations is also available, including options for booklet making, cutting, trimming, folding, hole punching, perforation, stapling, and stacking. This allows organizations to configure a production workflow around the applications they produce most frequently.
