Southern Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for a Print Center Operator. This individual would join our team and provide print operations support to our managed print production centers and work with a variety of print related products.
Southern Solutions is a technology company based in Southern Maryland, specializing in providing Print Solutions, Network Solutions and App Solutions. With our managed print production centers, Southern Solutions provides complete management and fulfills daily operations of printing centers working with a variety of production printing equipment and controllers.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of commonly used office software applications and basic networking principles.
- Experience with Windows 2008, Windows 2012, Windows 7 & Windows 10.
- Experience with production print products and workflows.
- Ability to use print controllers and database programs.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle a fast paced work environment
- Must possess strong organization skills
