We had the opportunity to talk with Jose Torres, Client Associate at CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia. It was wonderful to get to know Jose better and we are excited for you to learn more about him, his career responsibilities, and his background, too!
Hi, Jose! Thanks for chatting with us today. Can you start off by telling us a little about yourself?
I was born in El Salvador and raised in New York City. I moved to Charlottesville in 2005 from Maryland. I have three beautiful children and three grandkids. I love people, music, traveling, life, and my family.
Love this! What brought you to Just·Tech?
I worked for Xerox for over 23 years until 2018 when Xerox switched its accounts to Just·Tech. I was offered to stay with Just·Tech and after chatting with Joshua and Charles, I decided to take the offer. I am glad I did, I love this company.
We’re proud to have you! What are your main responsibilities working here?
My main responsibility at CFA Institute is to help anyone with their printing needs or issues. In other words, keep downtime to the minimum and happy customers.
Very important work. What would you tell a customer who is considering working with Just·Tech?
Just·Tech will be their best choice because customer satisfaction is our main goal; great company to work with.
What do you enjoy the most about being a part of the Just·Tech family?
Your question has the key of why I enjoy working here – FAMILY. It is a family-oriented company. I love how everyone cares for each other. It’s a family atmosphere.
We love that you feel that way! When you’re not working, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Travel, listen to music, and work.
What is the last gift you gave someone?
I gave my wife flowers and helped those in need.

I don’t have any song names to list, but I love Bachata, Merengue, and Salsa.
