The Xerox VersaLink C625 was launched last year and is designed for small office and medium size workgroups with larger volumes. The C625 is a multifunction printer and comes with two-sided printing capability. This device is also compatible with all of our apps and solutions. Included in the promotion is the 2nd paper tray and stand. The C625 replaces the VersaLink C505 that was also very popular with clients.

The C625 comes standard with the ability to copy, print, scan and fax and is a great compliment to our larger devices with a similar device user interface and a smaller footprint. This device can be added to the organizations monthly managed print plan from JustTech. Supplies are sent automatically when needed and the organization still receives only one invoice per month for all of the organization’s print activity (across all devices). All parts and onsite service are included.

Multifunction copiers fit into 2 categories, A3 and A4. A4 devices can print on up to 8 1/2 x 14 (legal) size paper. A3 devices can print on larger paper (11 x 17, 12 x 18 and sometimes slightly larger). A4 devices are more compact than A3 devices and have less finishing options. The C625 is an A4 device.

Included in the promotion is delivery, onsite installation, networking and training. Maintenance Plan Includes on-site service, parts, and all supplies (toner, etc. except for paper).  Offers valid with maintenance plan.  Unit must be networked and have data collection agent installed. With the data collection agent, supplies are ordered automatically when needed.
