The Xerox Connect for Exchange Online App is a Xerox licensed app that provides a simple and secure alternative to multifunction printer (MFP) Scan to Email capabilities. Easily install this app in minutes to scan hardcopy documents and send to one or multiple email addresses via Microsoft’s leading cloud-based hosted email for business. A simple easy to use app that is made for your Xerox ConnectKey enabled device at home, or in the office.
To access the app, users may type in their Microsoft Exchange credentials to log in or use mobile login for faster access. The Mobile login screen allows users to scan a QR code with their mobile device and use any stored credentials to gain access to the service. Single sign-on functionality is possible when using a supported authentication solution.
Xerox Connect for Exchange Online can:
- Scan your hard copy documents to quickly share with multiple recipients
- Easily select one or multiple recipients from your Global Address Book and/or your Personal Contacts list, or manually enter new email addresses
- Send the scanned document as an attachment through your Exchange account
The Xerox Connect for Exchange Online app may be licensed and downloaded from Xerox’s App Gallery.
