The Xerox Connect for Google Drive app makes it safe and intuitive to digitize and retrieve documents. With this app and your Xerox ConnectKey enabled device, easily print from or scan to an individual or shared Google Drive account. According to McAfee: “97% of Organizations use cloud services” and JustTech has observed great need for this app with clients!
To access the app, users may type in their Google Drive credentials to log in or use mobile login for faster access. The Mobile login screen allows users to scan a QR code with their mobile device and use any stored credentials to gain access to the service. Single sign-on functionality is possible when using a supported authentication solution.

- Navigate your folder structure and then easily scan your hardcopy document.
- Find your documents with enhanced search capabilities.
- Quickly print one or multiple documents.
- Enhance security by enabling domain-based access control.
Supported file formats for Print: Microsoft Office, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TXT, RTF, EML, XPS, PS and PCL.
Supported output file formats for Scan: PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPEG, DOCX, XLSX and PPTX.
The Xerox Connect for Google Drive app may be licensed and downloaded from Xerox’s App Gallery.
