Enhanced Distribution Strategy

In 2024, JustTech transitioned to a new primary supply distributor and has already seen outstanding results. Supplies are now shipped from both the JustTech Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia and directly from our trusted partner, Distribution Management (formerly Supplies Network). Through Distribution Management, most client supply orders arrive the very next day across our service regions.
To safeguard against potential disruptions, JustTech actively monitors distributor inventory levels and maintains a robust reserve supply at our own distribution center.

Smarter Data Collection

We also upgraded to ECI’s Printanista Data Collection Agent, the industry leader in print remote data capture. This tool provides our operations team with automatic low-supply alerts—triggering timely supply orders for toner, drums, waste containers, and other consumables. Unlike traditional systems, Printanista also supports Mac environments, ensuring seamless coverage across diverse client networks. The result is automated, proactive supply replenishment with no client intervention required.
