JustTech’s Managed Network & IT Solutions revenue grew 26% in 2019 over 2018 surpassing 2018’s strong revenue growth over 2017 of 24%! This recurring service continues to grow as more clients embrace this needed solution and as existing clients grow and add additional solutions. JustTech takes a proactive approach to managing clients’ networks in finding ways to increase efficiency and up-time while also ensuring all potential security vulnerabilities are addressed. JustTech takes care of the entire network infrastructure so clients can focus on their business.
Standard services JustTech provides includes Network Management, Server & Computer Management, Network Security, Redundant Offsite Backup, Email Security, DNS Protection, 2-Factor Authentication Solutions and Office 365 Licensing. JustTech also provides part-time and full-time IT staffing services and additional IT solutions as needed. In 2019, JustTech launched their Technology Advocate Services and work in their clients’ interest to offer the best services available at the lowest possible cost from outside vendors. Services from vendors include data, voice and other cloud based solutions.
JustTech has acquired 3 companies in the last 3 years and an additional company just recently. These companies have been primarily print focused and there has been lots of opportunity to offer JustTech’s managed IT solutions to these new regions and grow this solution even more.
JustTech added 20 new managed IT clients in 2019 (15 coming from a newly acquired region) with a strong rally in December. During the last month of the year, JustTech signed up 4 new clients for managed IT and 4 existing clients added services to their monthly plan. In addition, JustTech forecasts another great month of signing up new clients in January and an even bigger 2020 for their Network & IT Solutions.
