In January of 2024, JustTech launched a new division to ensure client satisfaction. The Customer Care Specialists team contacts clients on a regular basis and provides proactive post-sale support. As unemployment continues to be low and job turnover high, the Customer Care Specialists team updates current client contact information when checking in. This ensures supplies are routed to the correct individual when needed and service technicians are contacting the current end user. The Customer Care Specialists work closely with our field Solutions Specialists, IT Sales Engineer, Operations department, Help Desk, System Administrators and Technical Service department.
JustTech’s Customer Care Specialists team conduct surveys with clients and have also become a focal point for incident resolution. As JustTech’s Help Desk is dealing with incoming requests, this allows the Customer Care Specialists to focus on outstanding incidents.
The Customer Care Specialists team is located in our Huntington, West Virginia office and support all of JustTech clients across 6 states and Washington, DC (Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio). This virtual customer service team has improved JustTech client satisfaction and retention in 2024.
I just wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation to Cameron Howerton at JustTech for his help this morning. I have a laptop that I use whenever I work from home, and it had several problems that Cameron sorted out for me. Cameron is a “go to” guy and he’s always friendly, patient, and professional and resolves whatever problem I’m having. I really enjoy working with him.
