As we start a relationship with a client for our Managed IT services, we first perform a complete assessment of the organization.  This includes a network audit, security audit, detailed questionnaire and onsite visit.  We review the current state of IT, the client’s desired outcome and opportunities for improvement.


Our Managed IT proposal identifies the current environment and how we can support and improve the network infrastructure.  Our proposed offering may include services, hardware and software to increase efficiencies, increase security and improve workflows.

Account Reviews

Our Solutions Specialists perform account reviews on an ongoing basis to stay informed of the client’s needs and to notify the client of new technologies that may be of value that can benefit the client.  In recent years, these account reviews have been very beneficial to our clients.  New technologies that our clients have moved to include cloud based services, virtualized desktops for shared programs and DNS security protection which is a cloud security platform that provides the first line of defense against threats (including many ransomware type attacks) on the internet wherever users go.

With our App Solutions, we create custom apps for Xerox multifunction copiers that increase efficiency and improve workflows. There are more than 26,000 apps that we have created installed on Xerox devices across the globe.
