At the recent Xerox Personalized Application Builder Partner Forum outside of London, JustTech won best app for Xerox multifunction printers as voted on by the attendees for their Firmware Connect App. 70 Xerox partners from Europe were at the event and voted on the best app showcased at the Solutions Pavilion.
Firmware & software for multifunction printers is released on a regular basis and contains security updates for newly discovered threats, operational fixes, new compatibility updates and new features. Updating firmware and software with all copier manufacturers has traditionally been a manual process and is very time consuming. The Firmware Connect App provides automatic software updates for multifunction printers when released by Xerox and approved by JustTech thereby increasing clients’ network security and decreasing service calls! This app has been installed more than 30,000 times globally.
