In addition to the hard cost savings, there are also soft cost savings in improving productivity from end users not having to source toner and supply items and from receiving and processing one invoice per month. JustTech uses a remote monitoring agent to notify us of low supply alerts which will trigger an automatic supply order to be shipped out. This system can be updated to take into account each client’s needs and supplies can be sent out faster as needed.
