Introducing the Xerox Touchless Access App: a safe and easy way for your customers to print, copy and scan without touching the control panel or worrying whether it has been wiped down.
The Xerox Touchless Access App works with all Xerox AltaLink and VersaLink machines and is entirely cloud-based. It’s available now from the Xerox App Gallery at no cost.
How it works
After customers install the app on the machine, the control panel will display a QR code. When a user scans this QR code with their phone’s camera, access to the print, copy and scan functions will show on their smartphone. And that’s all they need to do! They just scan the code, start the job using their smartphone, then collect the documents.
Two touchless options for clients
The new Touchless Access App joins the Xerox Workplace Mobile app, also available at no cost, as a way of providing effortless, hygienic control of Xerox ConnectKey-enabled printers and MFPs.
