Employees from Just·Tech attended the Xerox U.S. Partners Conference in Las Vegas in January and showcased apps that Just·Tech has developed for Xerox multifunction printers. There are more than 26,000 apps that Just·Tech has created installed on Xerox devices around the globe. At the Solutions Booth, Just·Tech signed up 10 additional partners with their Support Connect App which provides service and supply requests right from the user interface of the device.
App previewed include:
Support Connect App – With the Support Connect App, users can request service, request supplies, provide feedback and order Xerox Eco Boxes for easy return and recycling of supplies right from the device user interface!
Firmware Connect App – The Firmware Connect App provides automatic firmware updates once they are approved by Just·Tech for Xerox ConnectKey, AltaLink, 75XX, 77XX and 57XX models. This solution is unique in the industry and a competitive advantage and will increase efficiencies, decrease service calls, increase security on customers’ networks, improve the customer experience and increase new sales!
Email Connect App – The Email Connect App simplifies the set-up of scan to email. Enter in the username, password, select provider and scan to email is configured and ready to use!
