On April 25, JustTech was proud to support Samuels Public Library’s annual A Taste for Books event, held at the library in Front Royal, Virginia.

Now in its 13th year, A Taste for Books has become a signature fundraising event that brings the community together to celebrate literacy, learning, and connection. Local businesses and organizations participate as sponsors and table hosts, offering a variety of sweet and savory bites for guests to enjoy. The evening also features beverages, an exciting silent auction, raffles, and more—creating a fun and meaningful experience for all who attend.

Proceeds from the event directly support Samuels Public Library’s operations, resources, services, and programming—many of which are vital to the surrounding community. The continued success of A Taste for Books is made possible through the generosity of sponsors, donors, and community partners.

Samuels Public Library has long served as a vibrant hub for knowledge and growth in Warren County. From children and students to families, adults, and seniors, the library provides a welcoming space to explore, discover, and learn. Its roots trace back to 1799 with the founding of the Front Royal Library Society. Through periods of challenge and renewal—including a notable revival led by dedicated community members in the 1920s—the library has evolved into the dynamic and award-winning institution it is today.
