JustTech Kicks Off 2026 with Sales Strategy, IT Growth, and a Focus on Breakthrough Performance

On January 5–7, JustTech held its 2026 Sales Kickoff, bringing together sales professionals from across the organization to align on strategy, share best practices, and launch new initiatives for the year ahead. Team members traveled from Fredericksburg, Staunton, Winchester, Morgantown, and Huntington to join the Southern Maryland team in La Plata, reinforcing collaboration across all regions JustTech serves.

“Breakthrough” Theme Focused on Technology Transformation

The theme of the 2026 Sales Kickoff was “Breakthrough,” with workshop modules centered on:

  • Embracing technology transformation

  • Aligning daily actions with long-term business goals

  • Building discipline and consistency in sales execution

  • Tracking activity, performance, and measurable success

These sessions reinforced JustTech’s commitment to proactive strategy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leadership-Driven Sales and IT Expertise

The workshop was led by Joshua Justice, President of JustTech, along with Sales Directors Sarah Costello and Alex Martin, who guided multiple strategy and leadership modules.

Additional presentations included:

  • Effective prospecting strategies and real-world tips for sales success, presented by Jenna Bishop, Solutions Specialist

  • An in-depth review of JustTech’s secure and reliable IT solutions, led by Alec Delcambre, IT Sales Engineer

During the IT session, the team reviewed JustTech’s two flexible service models:

  1. Full Managed IT Services, where JustTech acts as the client’s complete IT department

  2. Supplemental IT Support, designed to enhance and support an existing internal IT team

Interactive Workshops and a Strong Start to 2026

Each presentation was followed by interactive workshops, driving engagement, collaboration, and practical application. Participation was high across all teams, setting a strong foundation for the year ahead.
