Southern Solutions is actively seeking a motivated professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for an Operations Assistant position. This individual would join our team and provide support for our operations department.
Southern Solutions is a technology company based in Southern Maryland, specializing in providing Print Solutions, Network Solutions and App Solutions. With our Print Solutions, we provide the service and supplies for hundreds of copiers & printers producing nearly 2 million impressions every month. With our Network Solutions, we provide Managed Network Services & IT support to more than 50 small businesses and organizations. Southern Solutions also creates and deploys custom apps for Xerox multifunction printers that are used on devices around the globe.
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification. Associate’s degree is preferred or related experience to the position.
- Ability to use Microsoft Exchange, Excel and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a wide variety of assignments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle a fast paced work environment
- Must possess strong organization skills
- Positive attitude
