Just·Tech is actively seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication & organizational skills for a Logistics Supervisor full-time position. The Logistics Supervisor oversees the receiving, storing, staging, and delivery of copiers, printers, and supplies for all of JustTech’s regions from our Distribution Center.

JustTech is a technology company specializing in providing Print Solutions, Network Solutions and App Solutions. Through our Print Solutions, we offer sales and support for Xerox copiers & and printers. JustTech is currently one of Xerox’s largest partners in the U.S. and delivers hundreds to nearly a thousand of Xerox copiers & printers annually.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the JustTech vehicle delivery fleet to maintain compliance with DOT requirements.
  • Organize warehouse storage to utilize space and maintain proper flow of equipment and supplies.
  • Work with Operations to schedule deliveries and pickups to meet customer schedules.
  • Directly supervise the Delivery Driver(s) including managing their DOT qualifications.
  • Ensure trucks or vans are loaded properly when leaving the warehouse.
  • Coordinate deliveries into the different areas to ensure efficiency of time and manpower.
  • Maintain maintenance on all vehicles involved in the warehouse and storage and keep complete records.
  • Set up and configure copiers and printers to meet customers requirements prior to shipment.

Other duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building maintenance
  • Manager the removal of pallets and shipping packaging
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • Understand planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
  • Ability to manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
  • Ability to Track the progress of shipments
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of warehouse operations
  • Ability to Review inventory needs and keeping adequate stock
  • Skilled at managing people
  • Have a driver’s license and the ability to acquire required Driver Certification
  • Possess or have ability to acquire forklift certification and able to train others on forklift operations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Skilled at copier setup/repair

Education, Training & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in warehousing or delivery

Materials & Equipment Used in this Position:

  • Office computers
  • Xerox Copiers and Printers
  • Forklifts/Cherry Pickers
  • Vans and Trucks up to 26,000 lbs

Working Environment/Physical Activities:

  • Working in a shipping warehouse and at times at customer locations loading and unloading equipment.

We offer a robust compensation package. This is an in-office position and may require field travel.
