Now that summer is here, we are thrilled to be interviewing Heejin Clark, one of our Operations Specialists out of the La Plata, Maryland branch.
So, sit back, relax, and learn about Heejin and how she is currently helping employees and customers transition smoothly into one company.
Hi, Heejin! We’re excited to get to know you better, so thank you for chatting with us today. Let’s start by you telling us a little bit about yourself! What brought you to Just·Tech?
I’ve known Josh even before he started Just·Tech. When I moved to Virginia, he asked me to work with him and I gladly accepted his offer. And here we are!
Wow, that is amazing! What a great back story. What are your primary responsibilities working here?
I help with billing for Print Services and Managed Network Services, adding Xerox machines to the system, renewals, anything I can do to help with operations duties.
This is important work, for sure! What do you like the most about working here?
People. You have amazing people to work with. Great boss, co-workers, and of course, amazing customers! I even met my husband at Just·Tech, who is Director of IT, Mike Clark!

Love this feedback! Can you tell us a customer success story that you were a part of? How did you and Just·Tech as a company help the other company or individuals?
Recently, we acquired another company, Atlantic Office and Laser. We are in the middle of the transition, and I am helping the transition to go as smoothly as possible for Just·Tech and Atlantic customers.
A smooth transition is HUGE! Thank you for doing that! When you’re off the clock, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Spend time with my family. We have five kids – 4 humans, one furry one 😊, and they keep us busy all the time! Also, I love baking. I enjoy making desserts and cakes for family and friends.
Fantastic! Ok – here is the last and most crucial question: Favorite movie and why?
I liked Hidden Figures that I watched recently—a great story about women doing great things.
