We’re celebrating Just·Tech’s 15th anniversary by talking with Scott Whitacre. Scott is our Technical Analyst out of our Winchester, Virginia office.

Hi, Scott! We’re excited to get to know you better, so thank you for chatting with us today. Let’s start by telling us a little bit about yourself – what brought you to Just·Tech?
After being with Xerox for 32 years, the opportunity to expand my skills was becoming limited. So, when I heard that Just·Tech was hiring in my area, I jumped at the chance to advance my knowledge.
That’s amazing! What are your primary responsibilities working here?
Maintaining Xerox equipment and handling any number of customer issues.
Awesome! What do you like the most about working here?
I like the feeling of accomplishment that I get from helping customers and colleagues achieve their goals.

Give us a chance, we are a small company that can do big things.
Love that! Can you tell us a customer success story that you were a part of? How did you and Just·Tech as a company help other companies or individuals?
There isn’t one situation that jumps to my mind, but we strive to make every interaction a positive experience for our customers.

My wife and I like to hike the mountains that surround the Shenandoah Valley.
Wow! What are you most looking forward to now that the weather is finally starting to warm up?
Getting back out and getting back to “normal.”
