With PrintAnyWay version 3.5, users are now able to delegate any print job in a FollowUser queue for another user to print. With PrintAnyWay’s FollowUser, print jobs are submitted by users to a print queue and can be released for printing at compatible multifunction copiers and printers. If a copier or printer is being used by another person or in need of service, the user may walk to another device to release their print job.
The new feature of Print Job User Delegation will allow a user to print to the FollowUser print queue and then delegate another user to release their print jobs. This would be very helpful when a presenter is trying to get their materials together, multiple individuals are working together on a project or for teachers who may not want to leave their classroom and need printed items.
PrintAnyWay is a print management software provided exclusively by JustTech in the United States.
