JustTech has continued to tweak our supply fulfillment strategy (for copiers and printers we manage for clients) as there have been changes in the global supply chain. Our goal is to quickly react to ensure our clients have the supplies they need. In 2024, JustTech changed our primary supply distributor and saw great results. JustTech also transitioned to a better Data Collection Agent for clients.
Supplies are now sent to clients from the JustTech Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia and also directly from Distribution Management (formerly Supplies Network). With Distribution Management, supply orders are delivered next day to clients in most of our regions and delivered by the 2nd day in one of our regions. JustTech monitors our distributors’ supply levels to ensure we have a sufficient reserve supply at JustTech’s Distribution Center should there be any future disruption in the global supply chain.
JustTech is now utilizing ECI’s Printanista Data Collection Agent with our clients. ECI is the industry leader in the print remote data capture market. Low supply alerts from this data collection agent are sent to JustTech’s Operations team to order supplies for clients. This provides an automatic supply replenishment for clients. While traditional data collection agents have monitored toners, drums and other consumables, Printanista also provides the ability to monitor waste containers and order as needed. Printanista also works with Mac Environments.
We have had a wonderful relationship with all those at Just Tech. Ed Yarbrough is our representative and is excellent. He goes out of his way to make certain we have the supplies we need. Our machine is superior to anything I have ever had. And if by chance there is a problem, it is taken care of quickly and by a competent technician.
