The IT Sales Engineer provides field and virtual support to JustTech’s clients and works with JustTech’s field Solutions Specialists, virtual Customer Care Specialists, Cloud Migration Specialist and IT System Administrators in providing clients the best IT sales and support.
JustTech’s IT Sales Engineer is now the focal point for the account management for JustTech’s managed IT clients. The IT Sales Engineer responds to inquiries, performs quarterly account reviews and looks for opportunities to optimize existing clients.
The IT Sales Engineer also performs assessments and needs analysis with potential new clients and manages the sales cycle.
Adding a dedicated resource solely focused on IT sales and client support has proven to be a win. Client retention is up and new IT sales revenue from existing and new clients is up 776% over 2023!
