As employee turnover stabilized nationally and with JustTech in 2024, new team members joined our team to backfill positions and we also added net-new positions. These additions increased our team size by 10%!

Positions that were backfilled included open positions in our Sales and Operations Divisions. Multiple Solutions Specialists positions were filled in the Sales Department. JustTech’s Solutions Specialists are responsible for Xerox multifunction copier and managed print service sales to clients. In the Operations Division, an Operations Assistant position was filled.

Newly created positions that were filled included an IT Sales Engineer and multiple new team members to create the new Customer Care Service Team. The IT Sales Engineer is now the dedicated resource for advanced IT sales and client support. The Customer Care Specialists team contacts clients on a regular basis and provides proactive post-sale support. The IT Sales Engineer and Customer Care Specialists work closely with our field Solutions Specialists, Operations Department, Help Desk, System Administrators and Technical Service Department in ensuring client satisfaction.

JustTech also added a new Operations Assistant position in 2024 to assist with our new enhanced supply fulfillment strategy. Supplies are now sent to clients from the JustTech Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia and also directly from Distribution Management (formerly Supplies Network). With Distribution Management, supply orders are delivered next day to clients in most of our regions and delivered by the 2nd day in one of our regions. JustTech monitors our distributors’ supply levels to ensure we have a sufficient reserve supply at JustTech’s Distribution Center should there be any future disruption in the global supply chain. JustTech also transitioned to a better Data Collection Agent for clients and saw great results!

I put a helpdesk ticket in regarding a printer question in January, and I just wanted to let you know that Matthew Moore was so helpful. His responses over a few days were always easy to follow, informative, professional, and still felt friendly and personal even through the ticket/email process.
