With JustTech’s Managed Print Solutions, we provide onsite service and supplies for Xerox, HP and Lexmark models. 83% of the devices we manage are Xerox and 17% are HP or Lexmark. Supplies are sent automatically when needed and clients receive one invoice per month for all print activity versus multiple invoices for multiple supply and service orders each month. Clients love our managed print solutions and stick with us as we have a 98% retention rate with our managed print service clients.
- January 2017: 657 copiers/printers managed with a monthly combined volume of 2,106,533
- January of 2018: 1,212 copiers/printers managed with a monthly combined volume of 3,875,259
- January of 2019: 1,911 copiers/printers managed with a monthly combined volume of 6,159,876
- January of 2020: 3,385 copiers/printers managed with a monthly combined volume of 18,207,537
In January of 2021, JustTech had 3,828 copiers/printers under management and using pre-pandemic average values would equal over 20 million prints per month. Print volume did increase during the global pandemic but now as children are returning to school and people to work, churches, etc., monthly print volume has already recovered to within 17% of pre-pandemic levels.
