Up next, we sat down with Stacey Bahr of Bahr Insurance in California, Maryland. Stacey is Vice President and a licensed agent at Bahr Insurance and has graciously agreed to talk to us today!

Hi, Stacey! Thank you so much for talking to us today. We’re so excited to have you here! To start off, please tell us about your company.
Thank you for having me! Bahr Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency started in 2008. We represent several insurance companies, and we are very proud to offer Erie Insurance. Our principal agent, Matt Bahr, began his career working for Erie Insurance as an adjuster. His vast insurance knowledge has allowed him the opportunity to serve our clients beyond the sale of a policy. We pride ourselves on offering the best and most personal customer service experience we can.
Love that! Can you tell us about your role and responsibilities at Bahr Insurance?
At Bahr Insurance, I am the Vice President and a licensed agent.. Beyond selling insurance, I focus on marketing and public service in Southern Maryland. We are fortunate enough to have an amazing staff who are all licensed agents as well.
That’s fantastic! When did you first reach out to Just·Tech for assistance? What brought you to us?
As our business expanded, we were lucky enough to discover Just·Tech! They are very knowledgeable about equipment for expansion and making sure we are able to operate and communicate either in the office, or remotely.
It’s always exciting to hear about business expansion! What has your experience been like working with us?
Working with Just·Tech has relieved a great deal of stress for our agency staff and has allowed us to operate without technical difficulties. They help us with everything from our office phones, cell phones, computers, wifi, routers, and email security. Mike, Jerry, Will, and their entire staff are very responsive. They have been able to either help us with a quick phone call or just as easily, come to the office to assist when needed. They most recently upgraded our security system. That process was stress free on our end as they completed the project from start to finish without any business interruption.

I would without a doubt recommend Just·Tech. No matter the size of your business, they will customize their services for you. The amount of time we have saved with their expertise has allowed us more time to focus on our business.

As the unexpected and historical pandemic hit our country, we felt very secure with our technology setup to fully operate from the safety of our homes. Had we not had Just·Tech, it would have been beyond complicated to navigate this new environment.
