JustTech’s total annual revenue keeps growing as more clients embrace our managed IT and managed print services. JustTech experienced another record breaking year in total revenue in 2023! Full year revenue was almost 13 million and grew 21% year over year. Revenue from recurring services (managed print, managed IT, cloud fax and app licenses) exceeded 60% of total revenue!

Clients continue to embrace our beneficial solutions that increase efficiency, productivity and security with the current state of work. Many clients are in the office, some are working virtually and many also now do both. JustTech is the IT and print partner for the office, virtual and hybrid workforce!

At the beginning of 2024, JustTech launched a new division focused on customer support, added additional support for our managed IT clients and began filling open sales territory positions. While we are still in the ongoing rollout of our new go to market strategy, JustTech observed a 99% client retention rate in the first quarter of 2024! JustTech and our clients have experienced employee turnover in recent years and clients have shared positive feedback on our recent changes.

JustTech looks forward to continued growth with JustTech and our clients. As new relevant offerings our introduced that provide workflow, productivity and/or security benefits, we will continue to share these with our clients as innovation never stops.

With our Network Solutions, we provide Managed Network Services & IT Support to hundreds of small businesses, non-profits and religious organizations. We specialize in proactive support and provide onsite & remote assistance.

With our App Solutions, we create custom apps for Xerox multifunction copiers that increase efficiency and improve workflows.
